Anger is a very common human emotion and at some time or another we all experience it. From young children to old people we all feel anger at various times and for various reasons. There is nothing wrong with this, it is only when you lose control of your feelings and begin to rant and rave unnecessarily about something very trivial that it is seen as a problem. Because it is a natural emotion you do not have to strive to get rid of it completely you only have to control it getting out of hand.
If you know that the lack of self confidence is your main problem. Do something about it. There are numerous books written about this subject and there is much to be learned from them. Check your local churches or clubs and find out if there are any lectures currently running on the subject of self confidence and self esteem. It is well worth the effort to regain your self confidence.
Make yourself do things that might freak you out. Talking to strangers might scare you. If this is the case make a point of approaching one stranger per day and starting a conversation. Maybe this could be at the bus stop or in the Coffee shop. This is a huge confidence booster.
Make it your priority to improve your self image. This will be an enormous help to you in your management of anger. You will find that when you are in a situation where you would normally get angry and rant and rave you will have the self confidence to put your case forward without displaying anger to cover up your emotions. This will give you a better image of yourself and help you to feel good about your self. Remember others think of you what you think of your self.
A good idea is to think about what makes you angry while you are in a good mood. It does not help asking the question once your anger has been aroused. What situation is it that can make you lose your temper in an instant? It is usually not even very big issues that can make you do this. It is usually just the fact that things are not going your way. By avoiding these issues you can control your anger.
Make a list of things that aggravate you and lead to you getting angry. Discuss your list with your family and they will give you their support in helping you any way they can. They will be so pleased that you are trying to be different that you can be sure that they will do everything they can to make you happy.

I don’t think it’s necessary to be angry and ruin the happy atmosphere and make everyone embarrassed. Maybe it’s one of my weak points. Because when I really get angry, no one knows. After reading this article, It gives me a good reason to show my anger in that very moment. It’s nothing to be ashamed of or afraid of. I am a human too. It could be a colleague that constantly disagrees with you over some issue at the office and you will instantly lose your temper. There are many reasons for people to lose their tempers in everyday life that is why it is so important to learn to manage it. There is nothing wrong with getting angry about something if your anger is controlled. Saying what you think is necessary but never raising your voice in anger or become threatening to the person you have directed your anger at is what you are striving to do.
