Hey look nobody enjoys having a fat pot belly right, your clothes don’t feel or look the way they should and i know it is hard to diet when there are fast food outlets everywhere you look but there is ways to show you how to get rid of stomach fat and keep it off.
The #1 mistake people make when trying to get rid of stomach fat is starving themselves this will not work, if you exercise without eating properly you will look and feel totally drained which will mean you not doing proper exercise so you will not lose any weight, the body does not function in that way if you do not eat enough food your metabolism slows down to allow for the lack of food so you will burn a little fat but much less than if you eat and exercise correctly.
The secret to getting rid of stomach fat is to reduce your food portions but still exercise, look you can still eat a lot of the things you like as long as they are nutritious but eat smaller portions this will allow you to lose weight without the dangers of starvation.
To help you get rid of stomach fat you need to understand how the body actually burns fat, the body holds fat when you eat more calories than you burn these calories are then converted to fat and stored in the body (but unfortunately you do not get to decide where on the body).
So to reduce your body fat you can do one of two things either you eat less calories and exercise as normal or you can eat more calories but exercise more either way you have got to balance out the calories you take in with the calories you burn this is the only way you will get rid of stomach fat, when you begin to burn more calories than you eat your body will use your fat reserves to compensate and this is when you start to see results but you body will not take it’s fat reserves straight from your stomach it may take it from your arms, legs, butt, face or other parts before your stomach but do not be drawn into thinking that if you just do stomach exercises this is where you will lose fat from the body does not work like that sure it will tone the stomach but do not neglect other parts of the body as overall exercise will burn more body fat.

(3) I am a person who is not satisfied with my body shape. Though I look very thin, but I always feeling very unhappy to have a big belly. I thinhk I started to have big belly since that our ganeration is crazy about low rider jeans. My wast started to become fat and ugly.The more I eat the more aft I gain on my wast and belly. It bothers me a lot.So I try really hard to work out very day to lose my belly fat., and now I'm trying the way this article wrote. Hope it works.

Joke!!
For those of you who watch what you eat... Here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting medical studies.

5. The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
CONCLUSION: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

(3)I chose this joke to be my journal it's because I am one of those English lovers, so this joke really gave me a big laught!!After reading this joke, it made me think about the experiences I've had these 10 years.Time flies~~
I've learned English for almost 10 years!! I can't say that I'm already good at it, but I really put a lot effort on it! And to start to learn something from zero till now, I think it's like a worthwhile journal to me!!Now I'm still learning. And even the joke says that speaking English will KILL you, but I consider it's not a killer but a very good and useful medicine toward our life!!
